Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is a PicBot?
A PicBot is a self-service AI photo kiosk. Guests pick a themed experience (like "Vegas Wedding" or "Zombie Apocalypse"), the kiosk takes their photo with audio guidance, and our AI transforms the photo into a themed souvenir delivered via email and QR code. Every session also produces a free branded photo with the location's logo.
2. Do I need a backdrop or dedicated space?
No. Our AI removes backgrounds and photobombers automatically. The PicBot has a 2 ft x 2 ft footprint and can go anywhere — by the bar, in the lobby, at your booth, in any corner.
3. Do I need an attendant?
No. Audio prompts and on-screen instructions guide guests through the whole experience. Optional on-site attendants are available for event rentals if you want a concierge.
4. How are photos delivered?
Guests enter their email at the end of each session. A QR code displays so anyone in the photo can access the gallery instantly with spinners while AI photos render. They also get a polished email once the AI photos finish rendering — usually within a couple minutes.
5. Can experiences be custom?
Yes. We create custom themed AI experiences for establishments, brands, and events. If you can describe it, we can build it.
6. Is it free to install or do I rent it?
Both options exist. For permanent placement at bars, hotels, museums, and attractions, we install a PicBot at zero cost and you earn 50% of every photo sale — see Permanent Install. For events, tradeshows, and brand activations, you rent — see Event Rental.
7. Do you ship outside Las Vegas?
Yes. We're based in Las Vegas (where we offer same-day install) but we ship PicBots anywhere in the United States.
8. Can the PicBot be installed outside?
No. The PicBot is designed for indoor use only.
