Why Bars Love PicBots

No Attendant Needed

Your bartenders are busy. The PicBot runs itself, audio prompts guide guests through the whole experience.

Late-Night Friendly

Capture light only turns on during photos. Won't blast your dimly-lit atmosphere 24/7 like competitors.

Drunk-Proof

Locked kiosk mode means no one can exit the software, mess with settings, or break out of the experience. No buttons to press.

Survives Power Flickers

If the power goes out at 2am, the PicBot boots right back up when it returns. No one needs to restart anything.

You Make Money

Guests pay $4.99–$14.99 for AI souvenir photos. You earn about half. Zero cost to you.

Custom-branded photos designed around your bar, shared on social media, saved to phones. Free advertising.

Bar-Specific FAQ

1. What if someone spills a drink on the PicBot?

The PicBot is designed for bar environments. If a customer damages the unit, we'll replace it, you're not liable. That said, spilled drinks on the floor stand rarely reach the screen. Most venues position it slightly away from high-traffic drink areas.

2. Does the light bother customers in a dark bar?

No. Unlike competitors whose lights are on 24/7, our capture light only turns on during photos, a few seconds at a time. The rest of the time, only the screen is lit.

3. Can drunk customers break it or mess with settings?

The PicBot runs in locked kiosk mode, customers can't exit the photo software, access settings, or break out of the experience. No physical buttons to mess with. It's designed for unsupervised operation.

4. Do my bartenders have to operate it?

No. The PicBot is fully self-service with audio prompts guiding guests through the experience. Your staff doesn't need to touch it or explain how it works.

5. What hours does it operate?

Whenever you're open. The PicBot runs 24/7 with no attendant needed. Guests can use it at 2am just as easily as 7pm.

6. Where should I put it?

Anywhere with foot traffic and visibility. Near the entrance, by the bar, in a corner near tables. No backdrop needed, our AI removes backgrounds automatically.

7. What if it breaks at 2am?

We monitor every PicBot remotely. If something fails, we know immediately. Most issues are self-healing. If the hardware fails, we ship a replacement fast, you're never stuck paying for broken equipment.
