The PicBot is designed for bar environments. If a customer damages the unit, we'll replace it — you're not liable. That said, spilled drinks on the floor stand rarely reach the screen. Most venues position it slightly away from high-traffic drink areas.
2. Does the ring light bother customers in a dark bar?
No. Unlike competitors whose ring lights are on 24/7, our ring light only activates during photo capture — a few seconds at a time. The rest of the time, only the screen is lit.
3. Can drunk customers break it or mess with settings?
The PicBot runs in locked kiosk mode — customers can't exit the photo software, access settings, or break out of the experience. No physical buttons to mess with. It's designed for unsupervised operation.
4. Do my bartenders have to operate it?
No. The PicBot is fully self-service with audio prompts guiding guests through the experience. Your staff doesn't need to touch it or explain how it works.
5. What hours does it operate?
