Put a PicBot in Your Spot. Start Earning.

SnapBuzz PicBots are A.I.-powered souvenir photo kiosks that make money, market your brand, and create customer memories. Perfect for spots with tourist traffic or a one-of-a-kind vibe.

Meet the PicBot

Pic·Bot /ˈpikˌbät/ noun — Picture Robot. Purpose-built hardware you can trust in your spot — unattended, 24/7.

Two sizes — PicBot or PicBot Pro

PicBot is about the size of a dinner plate, perfect for indoor spots. PicBot Pro is the bigger model — built for high-traffic venues and outdoor spots.

Purpose-built hardware and software

Not an iPad, not a Windows PC. A dedicated AI photo kiosk.

Any color, any wrap

Solids, woodgrains, patterns, or fully custom branded designs — match your brand and decor.

Locked kiosk mode

Guests can't exit the software. No app store, no browser, no way to break it.

Auto-recovers from power loss

If the power flickers, it boots right back into the photo kiosk. No call to anyone.

Session-only camera light

Camera light only turns on during photo capture — off when idle. Won't destroy your venue's ambience like competitors' always-on ring lights that glow 24/7.

We handle support remotely

We monitor every PicBot and push updates automatically. Issues get fixed before you notice them.

Put It Anywhere

Wall mount or floor stand — your choice. By the bar, in the lobby, near the entrance — wherever guests gather. PicBot Pro extends the footprint outside — patios, pool decks, stadium concourses, and other outdoor spots. No backdrop needed. Our AI removes photobombers and replaces backgrounds automatically.

Las Vegas Strip at night

$400+ per week

What our first Las Vegas hotel casino location earns.

Your results depend on foot traffic, but one thing is certain: you pay nothing, so your risk is zero.

Sponsorships: Another Revenue Possibility

PicBots support sponsorship at every level — from simple logo placements on photos, in the guest gallery, or on the attract screen, all the way up to fully sponsored AI experiences where the brand or campaign is built right into the render. If sponsor revenue is something you want to explore, we'll work with you to make it happen.

A Couple of Concepts

Just illustrative — examples of how sponsor branding could be built into the AI render.

Ballpark — Baseball Uniform

A guest at a stadium gets a souvenir of themselves on the field in a Dodgers uniform. The outfield wall carries the sponsor's logo — visibility on every shared photo.

Mountain Resort — Auto Sponsor Campaign

A guest at a mountain resort gets a souvenir of themselves built into a sponsor's brand campaign — vehicle, headline, and logo all included in the render. Every shared photo extends the campaign to fresh eyeballs.

Is Your Spot Good for a PicBot?

PicBots thrive where guests come to experience something — not just grab and go.

Not sure if you're the right fit? Quick-service restaurants, local-only shops, and low-traffic spots typically don't generate the volume needed for revenue share to work. But if you host events, have a unique vibe, or serve tourists — you might be a great fit.

Purpose-Built Photo Kiosk

Not an iPad running an app. Customers can't swipe out of the photobooth software into the homescreen or close it. No physical buttons or knobs to turn off the PicBot.

Auto Power Recovery

Power flickers at 2am? The PicBot boots right back into the photobooth when power is restored. No login screen, no manual restart, no call to anyone.

Ring Light That Respects Your Vibe

Competitor ring lights blast 24/7 — a glowing spotlight in your dimly lit bar. Ours only activates during photo capture. No physical switches for customers to mess with.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How much do customers pay?
Sessions range from $4.99 to $14.99 depending on the experience. In our testing, tourists easily paid $9.99 for a 4-photo experience. You keep 50% of every sale.
2. How much can I expect to earn?
It depends on foot traffic. Our first location in a Las Vegas hotel casino earns $400+ per week. Busier spots earn more. Either way, you pay nothing — so your risk is zero.
3. How and when do I get paid?
We pay the first week of every month via your preferred payment method — Venmo, direct deposit, or mailed check. You choose during onboarding. Every payment comes with a detailed sales report.
4. Are there any fees taken out?
The 50/50 split is calculated after payment processing and AI costs. Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. AI image processing runs $0.05–$0.45 per sold session depending on the experience.

Example: A $9.99 sale minus $0.59 Stripe fee minus $0.25 AI processing = $9.15 net. You get half: $4.58. All of this is itemized in your monthly sales report.

That's it. No rental fees, no equipment purchase, no monthly subscription. You pay nothing — ever.
5. Are the photos branded with our logo?
Yes — and we tailor the format to your venue. Some partners get logo overlays on every paid photo, some get free branded session shots, some get fully custom themed designs, and some do a combination. We design the branding around what works for your spot.
6. How do customers get their photos?
Every session requires the guest to enter their email — that's how you build your marketing list. After that, a QR code displays on screen so anyone in the photo can scan it and access the gallery instantly. They also get an email once the AI photos are finished. Unpurchased photos are watermarked. When they checkout via our integrated Stripe payment, the watermarks are removed and the full-resolution photos are available for download in the gallery and emailed to them. If they don't purchase, we send reminders at 24 and 48 hours to help close the sale.
7. How quickly can I get a PicBot?
As soon as today in Las Vegas — we can often install same-day. Outside Vegas, we ship fast with everything you need to get up and running in minutes. (PicBot Pro is installed on-site by our team in select spots.)
8. What happens during onboarding?
We walk you through everything: choose your PicBot color, pick floor stand or wall mount, send us your logo, and we'll design your branded photo template. We'll set up the experiences for your machine — including any custom ones for your establishment. We also set up your preferred payment method and point of contact for reports and support. We even pre-program your WiFi credentials so all you have to do is plug it in. There's a simple contract, then we ship your PicBot. (PicBot Pro is installed on-site by our team in select spots.)
9. What do I need to provide?
A power outlet and WiFi. We supply everything else — the PicBot and your choice of floor stand or wall mount hardware. If you choose wall mount, you handle the mounting and any electrical work to relocate or hide outlets. Most spots go with the floor stand to keep it simple. (PicBot Pro is installed on-site by our team in select spots.)
10. What does setup look like?
We ship you the PicBot with your choice of floor stand or wall mount hardware — you pick during onboarding. WiFi is pre-programmed, so just plug it in and you're live. If you choose wall mount, you'll need to install the VESA bracket yourself or hire a handyman — we don't drill into walls. (PicBot Pro is installed on-site by our team in select spots.)
11. Do I have to be in Las Vegas?
Nope. We ship PicBots anywhere in the United States. We'll send you the unit with everything you need — just plug it into power and connect to WiFi. Choose a wall mount (simple VESA mount, included) or a floor stand (also included). Setup takes minutes. (PicBot Pro is installed on-site by our team in select spots.)
12. Do I need to train my staff?
No. The PicBot is fully self-service. Audio prompts guide guests through the whole experience — pose instructions, countdown, everything. Your staff doesn't need to do anything.
13. What about privacy and consent?
Every session starts with a consent screen. Guests must agree to our privacy policy and terms of service before taking any photos. This includes consent for their email to be used for marketing until they opt out. It's all handled automatically — no awkward conversations for your staff.
14. Can the PicBot be installed outside?
No. The PicBot is designed for indoor use only — it's not built to withstand the elements.
15. Does the kiosk need a backdrop or dedicated space?
No. This is a big differentiator from traditional photo booths. Our AI removes backgrounds and photobombers automatically, so you can put the PicBot on any wall, in any corner, in any spot with foot traffic. No curtains, no backdrops, no dedicated "photo booth area." Next to the bar, in the lobby, by the hostess stand — wherever works for you.
16. What if it breaks?
We get instant alerts if any system or component fails, and most problems are automatically self-healing. If a customer physically damages the unit, we'll replace it. You never have to touch it.
17. Who handles refunds or customer complaints?
We do. Customers can contact us directly with any concerns about their photos or their photo session experience. You don't have to deal with any of it.
18. What happens if the power goes out?
The PicBot auto-recovers. When power comes back, it boots right back into the photo kiosk — no human intervention required.
19. Can I customize the experiences?
Absolutely. We can create custom themes around your establishment's personality — your branding, your vibe, your story.
20. Do I get to choose which experiences appear on the PicBot?
Yes, to an extent. In tourist cities like Las Vegas, we have proven experiences that perform well across the city — these are available on any PicBot in tourist areas. If your spot is unique or has a specific vibe, we can also add experiences tailored to your clientele. PicBots can offer multiple experiences for guests to choose from — and guests often purchase sessions from more than one. We recommend no more than five to keep it simple.
21. Do you have seasonal experiences?
Yes. We load seasonal experiences automatically before holidays, local events, and big draws in your city — like the NFR in Las Vegas, for example. You don't have to do anything. But if there's a big event in your city we should know about, let us know — we'll have something ready.
22. What if the AI makes someone look weird or adds extra fingers?
It's a fair concern — AI image generation isn't perfect. We always use the latest and best models for reproducing likenesses, and they're getting better all the time. But if a photo comes out looking off, the customer simply doesn't have to buy it. You still get their email either way.
23. Can I design my own branded photo template?
Yes. If you want to design it yourself, we'll supply the required file specs. Or we can design it for you — just send us your logo and any other information you'd like to appear on the photo frame.
24. How long is the commitment?
Month-to-month. No long-term contracts. If it's not working for you, we'll come pick it up.
