We Set Up at Your Event
We deliver and set up the PicBot or PicBot Pro you ordered, loaded with your experiences and branding. No special area or backdrop needed.
Guests Select an Experience
An experience is a themed photo set — one photo using a single AI effect, or several photos each using a different effect (like a four-photo Vegas set). Each PicBot can be loaded with up to 6 experiences — pick from our 500+ sample catalog or have us custom-build one for your event.
Guests Take a Photo
Audio prompts and on-screen pose instructions guide every guest through the whole session — no attendant needed.
Guests Scan the QR
The PicBot shows a QR code after capture — anyone in the photo can scan it (multiple guests at once). Want emails instead? We can set up your PicBot for email-delivery mode.
Photo Ready in 60 Seconds
Guests walk away and the booth is free for the next group. Processing runs on our servers — their branded AI photo lands in their gallery in under 60 seconds.

Add-Ons
Hourly add-ons run for the same duration as your PicBot rental. Flat-rate add-ons (per-screen, per-experience) are one-time charges.
On-Site Print Station
$85 / hour
Instant souvenir prints — free for your guests. They redeem prints at the station via QR code from their gallery. Choose 5" x 5" square or 4" x 6" prints. One station serves 1–3 PicBots.
Real-Time Slideshow Display
$175 / screen
A 50" screen we set up at your event that auto-updates with every new AI photo as guests take them — perfect for venues without built-in displays. Drives engagement and laughs as guests watch the photos roll in. Order as many as you want and place them anywhere around the venue.
On-Site Attendant
$75 / hour
Optional concierge to greet guests, manage lines, walk people through experience selection, and operation. One attendant comfortably manages 1–2 PicBots.
