PicBot (picture-robot) is a self-service AI photo kiosk that captures guest photos and transforms them into new scenes, themes, and looks. It works in three simple steps.

Guest Selects an Experience

An experience is a themed photo set — one photo with an AI effect, or several grouped photos each with a different effect (like a four-photo Vegas set). Every rental includes one custom experience for your event — add more for variety.

PicBot Takes a Photo

Audio prompts and on-screen pose instructions guide every guest. They enter their email or scan a QR code to receive the photo — your PicBot can be configured for either or both.

AI Photo Delivered

Processing happens in the cloud and finishes in under a minute. Guests get a private link to their photos — no waiting at the kiosk, no exposing the full event gallery.

2. Do I need WiFi or power at my venue?

No. Every PicBot has a 24+ hour battery and cellular connectivity built in. Skip the venue WiFi fees ($500–$1,000+) and power drops ($200–$500+) — your kiosk runs anywhere.

3. Can you customize the AI photo effects for my event?

Yes. Every rental includes one custom themed experience built for your event. Want guests on a red carpet with your brand, in Vegas with your logo, or interacting with your product? We design the AI effect and load it on your kiosk. Additional custom experiences are $75 each.

4. What kind of branding can we put on the photos?

Every guest receives a photo with a custom-designed branded overlay — your logo, colors, and message. We build the overlay template from your brand assets. Your branding also appears on the PicBot's attract screen and in the photo gallery, including a clickable promotional banner that links anywhere you want.

5. How long does setup and teardown take?

Five minutes each. We deliver, set up, and pick up — you don't lift a finger. The PicBot has a 2-foot by 2-foot footprint and no backdrop, so it drops into almost any space.

6. Do I need an attendant?

No — the PicBot is fully self-service. Audio prompts and on-screen instructions walk every guest through the whole flow. An on-site attendant is available as an add-on ($75/hour) for high-traffic events where you want someone greeting guests and managing lines.

7. Can we get physical prints at the event?

Yes. Add an on-site print station ($85/hour) and guests redeem souvenir prints via QR code from their photo gallery. Choose 5×5 inch square or 4×6 inch prints. One print station serves 1–3 PicBots.

8. Do we get the guest email list after the event?

Yes — captured with consent during each session and delivered to you after the event, along with a full analytics report covering sessions, peak times, photos taken, and sponsor impressions.

9. Can we book multiple PicBots for a large event?

Yes — no cap on units. Add as many as you need at $125/hour each. Every PicBot at your event runs the same custom experiences and shares the same branding.

10. Can I sell sponsorships to offset the rental cost?

Yes. Our sponsorship system is built in. Sponsor logos appear on every photo, in the guest gallery, and on the attract screen. Many event organizers cover their rental cost — or profit — by selling exhibitor or local-business sponsorships.
