On-Site Print Station
$85 / hour
Instant souvenir prints. Guests redeem prints at the station via QR code from their gallery. Unique square 5" x 5" prints. One station serves 1–3 PicBots.
On-Site Attendant
$75 / hour
Optional concierge to greet guests, manage lines, walk people through experience selection, and operation. One attendant comfortably manages 1–2 PicBots.
Additional Custom AI Experience
$75 each
One custom AI experience is included with every rental. Add more for events that want variety. Every experience is available on all PicBots at your event, regardless of how many units you book.

We deliver and set up
Five-minute setup, on event day. Battery powered with portable hotspot included — no power drops or venue WiFi fees needed.
Guests pick an experience and pose
Audio prompts and on-screen instructions guide them. Custom pose instructions tell them exactly what to do.
AI transforms photos in minutes
Guests get their photos via email and QR code. Your real-time Dropbox link populates with every photo for live slideshows or social posts during the event.
We pick up + send your data
Five-minute teardown. After the event, you get the full guest email list and a post-event analytics report.
