1. How quickly can I book a Las Vegas AI photo booth rental?
Same-day setup is available in Las Vegas when units are open. For peak weekends or large multi-PicBot events, book a couple weeks ahead to lock in availability. If you book less than 7 days out, the full amount is due when you sign, and we start from our standard experiences unless there is time for custom work.
2. Do I need WiFi or power at my venue?
Every PicBot needs internet. High-speed venue WiFi is best, so send us the network name and password before the event. We can bring our own hotspots, but coverage inside some venues isn't guaranteed. For power, the PicBot Pro, print station, and slideshow display need a standard wall outlet. The PicBot runs on battery and uses wall power for longer events. We bring extension cords of about 10 feet, so tell us ahead of time if the nearest outlet is farther away.
3. Can you customize the AI photo effects for my event?
Yes. Each PicBot can be loaded with up to 6 experiences total and includes 3 AI effects from our 550+ effects library, $49 adds 3 more, or have us custom-build one for your event ($135 each). Many events go all-custom, many pick all from the catalog, most do a mix. Custom-built effects are designed specifically for you, red carpet with your brand, in Vegas with your logo, guests interacting with your product, whatever you want.
4. What kind of branding can we put on the photos?
Every photo carries your branding. Included: a text band along the bottom of every photo with your event or company name and your logo. Want more? A custom overlay border, a photo frame designed for your event with your logos, colors, and wording, is a $99 add-on per event, and you approve a proof first. Already have a finished frame made to our specs? We use it at no charge. Your branding also appears in the photo gallery, including a clickable promotional banner that links anywhere you want. Every digital photo and print also carries a small SnapBuzz.co credit.
5. How long does setup and teardown take?
You don't lift a finger. We deliver and set everything up as early as 24 hours before your event and pick it all up within 24 hours after, wherever the PicBot can stay that long. If your venue has set load-in and closing times, we come at its earliest drop-off time and its latest pickup time at no extra cost. The PicBot needs roughly a 2 ft by 2 ft spot and no backdrop, so it drops into almost any space. Leave clear floor space in front of each PicBot so guests can pose, especially for groups and full-body photos.
6. Do I need an attendant?
No, the PicBot is fully self-service. Audio prompts and on-screen instructions walk every guest through the whole flow. An on-site attendant is available as an add-on ($99/hour) for high-traffic events where you want someone greeting guests and managing lines. Without one, your rental is a drop-off: we deliver, set up, and pick up, and you look after the equipment in between.
7. Does someone from SnapBuzz stay with the PicBot?
Only if you want them to. Most rentals are drop-off: we deliver and set up before your start time, the PicBot runs itself during the event, and we pick it up after. It switches on at your start time and off at your end time, so ask us ahead of time if you might need extra time. Between delivery and pickup, you're responsible for looking after the equipment. Prefer someone on site? Add an on-site attendant, who greets guests, manages lines, and looks after the equipment for you. RoamBot always comes with a SnapBuzz photographer.
8. Can we get physical prints at the event?
Yes. Add an on-site print station ($85/hour, or $649 per day, up to 10 hours) and guests redeem souvenir prints via QR code from their photo gallery. Choose 4×6, 5×5 square, or 5×7 inch prints. One print station serves 1–3 PicBots.
9. Do we get the guest email list after the event?
Yes, if you ask for it before the event. The list includes only guests who agreed to be contacted on the consent screen. Otherwise, guest emails are used only to send guests their photos. If your PicBot is set to QR-only delivery, no email addresses are collected at all.
10. Can we book multiple PicBots for a large event?
Yes, no cap on units. Each additional PicBot is $299 for the first 3 hours and $89 per additional hour, or $749 per day, up to 10 hours. Every PicBot at your event runs the same custom experiences and shares the same branding.
11. Can I sell sponsorships to offset the rental cost?
Yes. Our sponsorship system is built in. Sponsor logos appear on every photo, in the guest gallery, and on the attract screen. Many event organizers cover their rental cost, or profit, by selling exhibitor or local-business sponsorships.

14. How do deposits and payment work?
A 50% deposit is due when you sign your event agreement, and it reserves your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event. You can also pay in full when you sign, and if you book less than 7 days out, the full amount is due at signing. Payments are made by card or bank transfer through the payment links we send.
15. What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, we refund everything you've paid except $100. If you cancel 7 days or less before the event, nothing is refunded and the full amount is owed. Moving to a new date depends on our availability.
16. Can we add extra time on the day?
Usually, if our staff and schedule allow it. Extra time is billed for each booked item at its additional-hour rate, in half-hour steps, once you approve it on the day, and it is invoiced after the event.
17. What do you need from us before the event?
A custom overlay border, or your own finished frame, is due at least 7 days before. Custom AI effect requests (we send proofs for your approval), the wording and logo for a text band, and special requests like full-body photos or large groups are due at least 2 days before. You can pick the ready-made experiences any time before the event. We also need the WiFi details, where each PicBot, print station, and screen will go (a floor plan helps for bigger events), an on-site contact, and access for loading in. If we don't hear from you, we use our standard experiences and an overlay with your event or company name.
18. Are you insured?
Yes. SnapBuzz is fully insured, and we provide proof of insurance whenever your venue asks for it.
19. How long are the event photos available?
Your event gallery and live feed stay up for 90 days after the event, so download anything you want to keep before then. Guests' own photo pages follow our standard photo retention.
