This is the PicBot that comes to your party: our standard PicBot on its own floor stand, set up wherever your guests gather at home. No backdrop needed, the AI handles the background.

Guests tap the screen to pick an effect, follow the on-screen and spoken prompts to pose, then scan the QR code to get their photos. It runs itself, so nobody has to work it.

Its capture light only turns on while a photo is being taken, so it won't wash out your party lighting the rest of the time.

1. What is an AI effect?

An AI effect transforms a guest's photo into a whole new scene: a 70s disco, a red carpet premiere, a rock concert, a giant birthday cake. Your booking includes 3 effects, and you pick them from our library after you book. Browse them in our sample gallery.

2. How do my guests get their photos?

Right after each photo, guests scan a QR code on the PicBot and their AI photos land on their phones in about 20 seconds, ready to share. Everyone in the photo can scan it.

3. Do I need Wi-Fi?

Yes, the PicBot uses your home Wi-Fi. You can give us the network name and password when you book, which saves a step at drop-off, or our tech connects it when we arrive. Photos taken while the internet is down are processed when it reconnects.

4. How is it powered?

It comes with both. The PicBot runs on its own battery, and we bring a power cord so it can plug into a standard wall outlet for longer parties. If there's an outlet near where you want it, we'll use it.

5. Where can I use Party PicBot?

At a private home in the Las Vegas area: your house, your apartment, or your backyard. It isn't available for parties at venues like halls, restaurants, hotels, or event spaces, because their set-up and pack-down times don't fit our drop-off and pickup. For a party at a venue, book our event rental instead.

6. Can it go outside?

It can be used outside during your party, under cover and out of direct sun and rain. Bring it indoors whenever it isn't in use, and never leave it outdoors overnight.

7. Who looks after the PicBot?

You do, from drop-off until we pick it up. An adult needs to be home to receive it and hand it back. Keep it away from drink tables, ledges and pools, and don't move, open or unplug it except as we show you at drop-off.

8. When does it drop off and pick up?

We deliver anytime in the 24 hours before your party and collect it within the 24 hours after, so drop-off and pickup can both be the same day. We confirm a 4-hour window for each with you. The PicBot only takes photos during your party hours, so no one has to stay late to pack it up.

9. Can I add more time?

Yes. Book up to 8 hours when you reserve, at $99 per extra hour, or add time during your party right from the PicBot's screen.

10. When do I choose my effects?

After you book, from our effect library. Choices are due 3 days before your party. If we don't hear from you, we pick popular effects for you. Want more? Add 3 more effects for $49, or a custom AI effect designed for your party for $135.

11. Can I get prints?

Not with Party PicBot. It is all digital: every guest gets their AI photos on their phone. Every photo carries a small SnapBuzz.co credit.

12. How far do you deliver?

Delivery is free within 20 miles of our Las Vegas base, and $50 from 20 to 40 miles. Farther than that, contact us. The booking page checks your address for you.

13. How far ahead do I need to book?

At least 3 days before your party. Popular weekends go fast, so earlier is better.

14. What if I need to cancel?

Cancel 7 or more days before your party and we refund everything except $100. Within 7 days of the party, nothing is refunded. Changing your date depends on availability.

15. Can I book Party PicBot for a venue or a business event?

No. Party PicBot is only for parties at a private home. Venues like halls, restaurants, hotels, and event spaces have set-up and pack-down times that a 24-hour drop-off and pickup can't work around, even when they allow equipment overnight. For a party at a venue, or a business, corporate, or promotional event, our event rental is built for that: timed to the venue, with staffed options, prints, and multiple PicBots.
