3. Do we need WiFi or power at the event?

Neither is strictly required, but both help. We get on the WiFi at your location when it is available, since it is the most reliable connection, with a cellular backup if it is not (performance can vary by location). For power, a wall outlet is preferred; the standard PicBot can run on battery when there is no outlet nearby, and the PicBot Pro runs on wall power.

4. Can it capture attendee contacts?

Yes. Choose email delivery and each guest enters an email to receive their photos, so every session collects a contact. We deliver the full list after the event.
