1. Which Las Vegas convention venues do you cover?

All of them. The Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, the Venetian Expo, Caesars Forum, and any other expo hall or hotel ballroom in the valley. Same-day setup is available when units are open.

2. Do we need convention WiFi or a power drop?

Venue WiFi gives the most reliable connection, so we use it whenever it is available. If it is not, the standard PicBot has a cellular backup and can run on battery, though performance depends on the venue signal. The PicBot Pro runs on wall power. We will sort out the best setup with you before the show.

3. Can we brand the photos and the experience for our company?

Yes. Every photo gets a custom branded overlay with your logo, colors, and message. You can also load custom AI experiences built around your product or campaign, plus a clickable promo banner in the guest gallery.

4. How does it capture leads?

You choose email delivery at setup. Each guest enters their email to receive their AI photo, so every session collects a qualified attendee email. We deliver the full list to you after the show.

5. How many attendees can it handle?

Photos process on our servers in about 60 seconds, so the booth frees up fast and lines keep moving. Booking multiple PicBots keeps throughput high at large, high-traffic booths.
